I was glad I picked HostMonster, The Cpanel is the one I am comfortable with they have it. They have OUTSTANDING 24 hour live chat support and I have talked to about 10 different assistants and each and everyone of them knew what they were doing and they are fast and polite. Hosting is reliable and fast and I have already recommended them to a friend and he got hosting too. Thanks HostMonster :)
I've been using Hostmonster for quite some time now, and I've found them to be one of the best, easiest to work with, and customer friendly hosting companies. Don't get me wrong, they have their issues, (They don't explain their domain process properly) However, they have at least 95% less then any other company I've ever seen. Plus, they're cheap!
We have hosting accounts on several providers. Hostmonster has provided incredible features and support at the lowest price. None of our hostmonster sites has ever experienced any downtime due to hostmonster's infrastructure or management. Their technical support has been absolutely outstanding, and they continually improve features and services.
When you are looking for a good web hosting company, it can be overwhelming. There are just so many companies out there, but one of the best web hosting companies I have dealt with is hostmonster. Their service is great, and there isn't a single question they have ever left unanswered or haven't been able to help in some way with. Their service is excellent and they include numerous additional features their webhosting packages. Uptime is more than 99% and the server always loads within seconds.
I wanted to let you know how easy hostmonster made it for me to get started. I’d never built a website before and wasn’t really sure what I was doing. The site builder practically made the website for me which made it really easy, and cpanel has everything right there in tabs (even my billing details) so I don’t have to hunt around.
HostMonster claims they specialize in US-based customer service and they really do! I had to call the support center many times for assistance and they were always patient with me and helped get it all worked out! The excellent customer service attitude was evident from the first moment I logged into cpanel and it greeted me with “Do you need help?”
$3.95/month is an unbelievable deal! I’d looked into some other hosts and it always sounded cheap until they tacked on this or that, but with Host Monster, the price stated upfront was the actual price. This is great because I’m just getting started with my business and can’t afford to spend much.
Hostmonster’s been really good to me. I called a couple others before I signed on with them and the people I talked to didn’t even seem to know the answers to basic Qs, but hostmonster was really helpful and gave me information about a lot of things I didn’t even ask, really pointed me in some good directions for getting set up and told me to call back if I had problems.
This is my first site and buddies told me to sign on with somebody with cpanel to make it easy and that’s part of why I chose hostmonster. It’s a great interface, it has a ton of features (I still haven’t tapped a lot of it) and everything’s layed out in icons in different categories, so you can see what options you have and get oriented in no time even if you have no idea what you’re doing like me. :) It even has a utility you can click on to find out the server status in case you’re worried things aren’t running + it breaks it down into a bunch of categories and let’s you know the status of each which is cool.
They’re really cheap too, I love them, haven’t had any trouble.
