I have been with Bluehost over two years. I came to Bluehost because with of an issue with "unlimited storage" at my previous host, IXwebhosting. They stopped my site at 13GB stored and came up with all sorts of lies about unfair usage; even their customer service girl admitted she was embarrassed by the firm. Bluehost stores about 300GB with no questions / complaints - they really do what they say. 100% uptime, great customer support. Any more websites I need will be hosted with Bluehost

I wanted to write to say that I am definitely going to help get the word out about BlueHost. You helped me get started with a free domain name (for life! who does that!), provided IMAP accounts for everyone on the team, and even helped me set up a shopping cart (for free! That’s great!). Your fantastic service was there for me when I needed you at weird hours, even once on a Sunday. (They should be commended for all I put them through!)
I had a different host before you guys and the package was more in the first place plus it didn’t include half of what bluehost does for free. (And I won’t even bore you with details of their “support” but they have no right to call it that.) Bluehost really is the "full package" and I’m glad I went with you. I’m going to spread the bluehost gospel and I promise to send a lot of business your way because I know you’ll take care of them like you took care of me.

When I needed more bandwidth and a better hosting company for my website, I started looking at different hosting companies on google. It took me a long time to find the right company because I had to wade through so many reviews. I wanted a hosting company that would offer me great customer service, easy uploading of my files, an easy way to load in my wordpress sites, and other options. I finally found BlueHost. This company has offered excellent service for the three years I have been with them. I think probably the best feature that BlueHost has is their unlimited bandwidth and their unlimited disk space, a feature which very few webhosting services have especially at $3.95/month.

They weren’t as cheap as some of the others but I can’t believe people will bicker over two bucks. If you don’t have two bucks maybe you should be in geocities still. I signed up for the cheapest plan and it’s got a ton of stuff that’ll probably help me make my site way better when I get a chance. I am going to set up a shopping cart which is free but I haven’t done it yet. I love the IMAP mail because it just shows up without having to wait for a send/receive so now I’m on top of it.
I don’t know how the phone service is because I haven’t used that but I’ve used the chat a bunch of times and they were always good. There are user forums and the knowledgebase but I hate digging around for answers when I can just chat. Plus they have FTP which is good because my last one, you had to use their file upload utility which crashed half the time and the other half your stuff just didn’t always upload.
